Payment
As of now, I am only accepting payments through Paypal. You can pay with your Paypal account or with a credit card through Paypal, so you should be covered. In the future, I will try to set up other ways to pay if needed.
Sales Tax
If you are in California, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax for your area.
Shipping
All items will be shipped USPS first class mail. I use the information you provide on Paypal for shipping details and correspondence. I handcraft each item myself, so it’s not possible to keep an inventory of everything. Please allow 5-14 days for your items to be made and shipped. If you would like to inquire about how long your particular item will take to ship, please contact me. If it is a custom order, I will give you an estimate of how long it will take when you place your order. I ship from Los Angeles, CA, so for the lower 48 states it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for the package to be delivered. International orders usually take 8 to 12 business days. With international shipping you can never tell what customs will do, so take that into consideration. On the customs form, I will not mark “gift” , or state that the “value” is less than what it actually is. You are responsible for all import duties. The countries I ship to are: United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Returns
I pay very close attention to every leather item I make, and every one is important to me. Your item is guaranteed to be of the highest quality craftsmanship and materials. Having said that, I use the best American made leather, but blemishes in vegetable-tanned leather are natural. No one has perfect skin, and this is one of the things that make TAGSMITH leather goods so unique. But if you are not satisfied and want to return your item, you must contact me and ship it back in its original condition within 15 days of receiving it, and your money will be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
